We assume no liability for purchaser error. Products purchased for the wrong vehicle or any other errors related to your actions or choices. When purchasing tires through this you accept full responsibility for the Products purchased or otherwise obtained by you through the Site.

Refund and Return policy

Conditions for Return with Complete Refund:

• We cannot provide the ordered product or an acceptable replacement.
• You received a defective product and we cannot provide an acceptable replacement.
• We made a pricing error on the website and you do not want to pay the corrected price.

Conditions for no Return:

• You changed your mind after placing your order ( your circumstances changed, you find cheaper product elsewhere etc )
• You selected the wrong dimensions
• You ordered the wrong type of tires
• You decided to buy the product against our expert recommendations
• You or your installer damage the product in any way
• Tires were mounted on wheels
• Studdable tires have been studded
• You damage the products while driving (Road Hazard)

Defected Product Refund:
Defected Product are covered by Manufacturer's Warranty that can be found on Site under Warranty tab.

For Problem with Balancing: 
If you have any problem with the balancing of a tire and wheel kit, please contact us.

Refund Procedure: 

 We issue the refund on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund may appear in your account from 5 to 10 days after it was called for. We will send a proof of execution by email to confirm.

Policy Amendment:
Return/Refund Policy as posted on this Site may be amended from time to time in our sole discretion.
